Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Grace Filled Scoops, we want you to love your mystery scoop experience. If you need to cancel, here's what you need to know:

How to Cancel To cancel your order, please contact us at gracefilledscoops@gmail.com or through your customer account portal. 

Cancellation Fee A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to any order cancelled after payment has been processed. This fee helps cover the cost of order preparation and fulfillment coordination.

Orders Already in Progress If your box has already been packed or shipped at the time of your cancellation request, that order will be fulfilled as scheduled and no refund will be issued.

Refunds Refunds for cancelled orders (minus the 5% cancellation fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
